Business Policies
- 24/7 Availability: Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by appointment.
- Legal & Licensed: Fully licensed, insured, and operating legally.
- Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance; late cancellations owe 50% of the booking total.
- Planned Vacations: Clients receive 1 month (30 days) advance notice for any planned time off.
- Unforeseen Emergencies: In rare emergency situations beyond control, immediate notice will be provided.

Currently, Krystle serves as a Behavior Aide and Transporter at Comprehensive Family Care, subcontracted through the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS), where she works directly to support and uplift local families. From her background with Atlanta Public Schools and the Metro Atlanta YMCA to managing Krystle Kares Nanny Services, her life's work centers on keeping people safe, supported, and moving forward.
